Michael is my brother-in-law who had a serious motorcycle accident 2 years ago. By serious, I mean serious enough to have a third of his skull removed to relieve the pressure from the trauma to the brain. He's recovering pretty well but he is still recovering.
Prior to his accident, Michael was a cadet a a construction company and his goal in life was to do well in construction. After his accident, I introduced him to Lego which was a great way to keep him occupied and challenge him mentally. Unfortunately, Lego is fairly expensive and the costs so far has tallied to over $1,000.
I hope building a 3D printer will grab his attention. So far so good.
